Description
Cornhusk doll is excited to show off her new daksi (turtle) leg shakers at the stomp dance! She is wearing a shirt with the Cherokee Nation seven-pointed star, cornhusk earrings, concho belt and a stomp dance skirt. Doll and clothing were made from dyed husks. Daksi leg shakers were made from leather and painted pistachio shells. Grass was made from painted faux fur.
