About the Artist
Harry Oosahwee is a Cherokee artist who works in a number of mediums but is recognized as a Cherokee National Treasure for sculpture. He is a first-language Cherokee Speaker and is from Money Bean Hollow. He is a self-taught artist and uses his culture and language as inspiration for his pieces.
