About the Artist
Aaron is a self-taught artist specializing in charcoal, graphite, pen and ink, and oil painting. He is based in Western North Carolina and is known for his realistic portrayal of subjects, focusing on capturing the natural beauty of older individuals' faces in his drawings. Additionally, Aaron utilizes the stippling technique in his pen and ink drawings. In his oil paintings, he mainly focuses on landscapes, aiming to depict what he sees. He is a member of the Qualla Arts and Crafts Mutual. His works have been exhibited in North Carolina, the McClung Museum of Natural History and Culture in Tennessee, and featured in Aqua Exhibition and Publication and Artistonish Magazine. Aaron lives and works in Western North Carolina.
