Yoga allows the self to connect spiritually and maintain healthy social relationships. The participants will be learning the following: self-regulations skills, relaxation skills, and Self-Care skills. The participants will be following along with the instructor as she teaches the following skills. Participants will need to bring their own mat.

Class to be held at the Cherokee National History Museum, Front Lawn at 101 S. Muskogee Ave. in Tahlequah, OK from 11AM - 12PM.
No reservations will be taken after 4:00 PM (CST) the day before the class.
Cancellations must be given no later than 24 hours before the class.
You are encouraged to bring your own snacks/lunch.
Participants age restricted to 18+.
Please Note: A confirmation letter, indicating the number of reserved spots, will be emailed to the email given on the order. Letters may be presented on phones or in physical form. If reserving a spot as a gift, please leave a note during the checkout process indicating who the recipient will be and their email address so the email can be sent to them.
