Aspen trees drawing on watercolor paper with custom matting and framing. The drawing uses stipple technique to produce the light and airy nature of aspen trees and to also create their unique surfaces and textures. The drawing is surrounded by an additional layer of watercolor paper and then mounted on black heavy duty art board. The art is protected in a black custom shadow box frame finished with Masonite backing.
Materials: Pigma Micron Archival Ink stipple drawing on 140 lb watercolor paper. Matting is also 140 lb watercolor paper mounted on heavy duty art board. Custom frame is a shadow box frame made of poplar wood. The backing is finished with Masonite.
