About the Artist
Tyran Cartledge is a Cherokee silversmith and resides in Sapulpa, Oklahoma. Tyran has been creating silver and turquoise jewelry since 2016. She finds inspiration from Cherokee animal tales and memories of growing up in northeastern Oklahoma, especially the times spent with her grandparents and cousins in Stilwell (Peavine).
