Description
Created with leaves gathered from Little Blue Valley Park in Kansas City, Missouri, this piece honors the land’s quiet stories and the Cherokee tradition of reverence for nature. Real leaves form the core, layered with copper leaf birds and butterflies symbolizing transformation and the spirit’s journey. A soft copper dusting suggests ancestral memory and the sacred cycles of growth and renewal. Whispers of Little Blue invite reflection on the living wisdom held in every leaf and breeze — a reminder that the land carries histories waiting to be heard.
