About the Artist
Fawn Brown is a nature-based artist who grew up exploring the mountains of Wyoming to the plains of New Mexico. These experiences deeply shaped her artistic vision, instilling a profound love for wildlife and the rugged beauty of the natural world. Drawing inspiration from the landscapes she cherishes, Brown creates vibrant watercolor and gouache paintings that blend traditional scenic elements with pops of color and a touch of whimsy. Her work captures the serenity of nature while evoking a sense of wonder and connection. As an artist, Fawn aims to inspire others to reconnect with nature and cultivate a greater appreciation for the environment. She bridges ecological science and art, using her creations as a platform to spark conversations about conservation.She had her debut solo exhibition, “Earthen Terrains”, in November 2024, utilizing dirt and crushed rock to form her paintings. Her artwork has been featured in exhibitions and stores across the United States. Brown is a citizen of the Cherokee Nation and currently resides in Fort Worth, Texas.
